Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WriteForYou, provided by the developer publishing as Molty Studios (“we,” “us”), including its website, iOS app, MCP server, and optional Muse connector. By using WriteForYou, you agree to these terms. Contact us at swapp19902@gmail.com.

Accounts and access

Use your own account and keep your sign-in method secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security threats, or violations of these terms. You can delete your account using the steps at Delete account.

Your writing and generated output

As between you and Molty Studios, we do not claim ownership of the original writing you provide or the story output generated for your account. Your rights in generated material may depend on applicable law and third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing and using it lawfully. You grant us permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit your content only as needed to provide the service, including generation, storage, display, and sharing with a connected client that you authorize. This permission ends when the content is deleted, except for copies retained as required by law or in routine backups pending deletion.

Muse connection

Connecting Muse is optional. It lets you list and read your own stories from Muse after you authorize access. Each list or read you request sends the returned story information to Muse and Meta. The connector cannot generate, edit, publish, delete, manage billing, or change your account. You can disconnect it in Muse. Disconnecting stops future access; content already sent to Muse is handled under Meta’s terms and privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use WriteForYou to violate the law or others’ rights, upload content you lack permission to use, interfere with the service, probe for unauthorized access, or evade usage limits. We may remove content or restrict access when needed to address those activities.

AI output and availability

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output others receive. Review it before publishing or relying on it. We may update, limit, or discontinue features and will try to give reasonable notice of material changes. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Payments

Prices, subscriptions, credits, renewal terms, and any applicable refunds are shown at purchase through the website or app. Stripe or Apple handles payment, depending on where you buy. Manage App Store subscriptions with Apple; deleting your WriteForYou account does not cancel an Apple subscription. This Muse connector has no payment or checkout feature.

Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, WriteForYou is provided “as is” without a promise that it will be error-free or fit a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Molty Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. We will update the date above and provide reasonable notice for material changes. Continued use after the new terms take effect means you accept them. For questions, notices, or disputes, contact swapp19902@gmail.com.
